Partner with Me to Support Persecuted Christians in Nigeria
The Lord has laid a burden on my heart for persecuted Christians, calling me to help and equip them wherever I can. Nigeria is one of the most dangerous places for Christians facing persecution. In fact, 90% of all Christian persecution-related deaths over the past two years have occurred in Nigeria. Many more have been displaced from their homes, forced to become “internal refugees” within their own country due to this persecution. My heart breaks, and my soul is deeply burdened to see our brothers and sisters in Christ enduring such destitute conditions.
The persecution in Nigeria is largely carried out by Muslim terrorists who primarily reside in the northern regions. These groups are committed to spreading the evil of Islam through physical jihad across the country. This has turned the central part of Nigeria into a hotbed of persecution and attacks. Nigeria is nearly evenly divided between Muslims and Christians, but for decades (if not longer), the Church in Nigeria has lacked strong, Biblically grounded worldview teaching. This has left a void of Christianity in key areas such as politics, business, and media. As a result, persecution has flourished, causing significant harm to the Church both physically and spiritually. Tragically, younger generations are leaving the faith due to the weak and ineffective doctrine that is prevalent throughout the country.
Over the past two years, the Lord has given me the opportunity to work with a network of about 1,200 pastors in Nigeria, helping to disciple them and teach them a Biblical worldview through the ministry of Equipping the Persecuted. This ministry has been incredibly effective, saving tens of thousands of lives and providing numerous medical interventions and rescues to meet the urgent needs of our brothers and sisters in Christ.
This opportunity to invest in the body of Christ in Nigeria continues, and I will soon be traveling to Nigeria to meet with and preach to around a thousand pastors in the areas hardest hit by persecution. The Lord has laid it on my heart to address the dangers of witchcraft and how to combat it. Unfortunately, many of Nigeria’s youth are turning to demonic witchcraft for protection against Muslim terrorists. We know that Islam is a doctrine of demons, and it can only be defeated through righteousness. Scripture is clear: “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good” (Romans 12:21).
I am asking for your prayers as I minister to the persecuted Church and engage in this spiritual battle. We know our fight is not against flesh and blood, so I fully expect opposition from the principalities, powers, and rulers of darkness in this age. Please join me in this battle through prayer.
I also ask you to prayerfully consider supporting this mission financially. The link below will take you to the website where you can give online.

Thank you for your prayers and support. May persecution come to an end in the Name of Jesus.
As a debtor to grace,
Pastor Sam Jones
